Ingredients: *Nettle, *red clover, *cinnamon, *burdock root, *dandelion root, *orange peel, *lemon peel, *ginger root and fennel seed. *organicCaffeine Level: NoneFlavor: Deeply green & earthy with hints of warm ginger spice & citrus.Brewing Loose Leaf Tea: Use 1 Tbsp to infuse one cup. Pour freshly boiled water over the tea and let steep at least 5-10 minutes. Strain. Drizzle with honey and garnish with a slice of fresh lemon or orange. Enjoy! Cold Infusion: Add up to 1/4 cup of herbal tea into a quart jar and top off with water. Chill for 4-24 hours.
